Invoxia GPS Tracker

Does the phone app find the tracker when you are nearby? Bluetooth must be switched on on the phone. If so, check under Settings whether an update of the tracker software is offered and carry it out. After a while, the tracker should send its position normally again.
Hello :)

The Invoxia Roadie Tracker sends notifications when it moves, which is made possible by different tracking modes. You can hide it in a parcel to track the thief and monitor the location via an app. The tracker uses low-power networks and GPS to provide precise location information. To locate the thief behind a specific flat, you need to use the location data from the app and match it with the geographical information. The tracker does not provide a direct way to identify the exact address or flat, but it can help you determine the general location.

The battery life of the tracker depends heavily on the conditions of use. The battery life may be shorter with frequent position updates. Invoxia trackers can extend their battery life through smart power management techniques, especially when they are close to a smartphone. However, the exact battery life at the shortest monitoring interval is not specified as it depends heavily on the environmental conditions.

I don't want to say anything stupid, but it's always on. It tells you it's empty by email, on the registration address.
I think via the Settings > Advanced Settings > Logout Device
Purchase included 3 years. Just renewed for CHF 15.- for 1year
Yes, I am using it in Switzerland.
There is a mobile app for it. Here you can set everything remotely. See Invoxia App.
No, it's like a prepaid and simply expires after three years. After the term, you can take out a subscription. We are very satisfied with the tracker.
Apart from purely GPS/Glasoss/Gallileo based, I know nothing. The 25Ghz network in DACH was only introduced a few years ago.
For me, I just plugged it into the power and then connected it via the app and that was it.
I have two of these trackers. They only send their location to my app every 5 minutes (shortest settings in minutes). But only when the trackers are really moving. That's why the battery lasts forever 😃
I think you choose that when you install the necessary app. There you register and choose your subscription.
when we bought it, we read on the company website, that the swiss device would not work in France, and that a french Invoxia device would not work in Switzerland. I guess the device would just not give any "gps" points while traveling in the other country. This was not a problem for us. We are very happy with the device in Switzerland. It works well (at least in Geneva area), and battery hold for a pretty long time.

Of course, it may be that you can only activate one at a time on the same iPhone. I would ask the manufacturer. Greetings
Unfortunately, we are not aware of this problem. It is best to contact the manufacturer directly and ask them. https://invoxia.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
The device has a contract with Swisscom. This is why the tracker only works in the Swiss and Lichtenstein radio network of Swisscom.
