I can update mine easily via the Razer software
To answer my own question: It's not possible. Official statement from Razer: To answer your question, the reason why Synapse is only detecting one Kiyo Pro is that both Kiyo Pro's are using the same driver, and Synapse is programmed to detect both Kiyo Pros as one because of the driver. I haven't tested it myself after receiving the answer from Razer though bc I'm going to return the product.
The camera is generally unstable... I have to keep plugging and unplugging it from the Mac... if that doesn't change anything... change the usb port... well, and otherwise send it in
Click in 'Advanced Settings' in Synapse, you get a Windows95 Control Panel style setting, in the second TAB (Camera Control) you have the zoom.

Yes, the Razer Kiyo Pro is compatible with Windows 11. Although the specifications explicitly mention compatibility with Windows 8 and Windows 10, most USB devices, including webcams, are generally compatible with newer versions of Windows, including Windows 11, without the need for additional specific drivers. Kiyo Pro's USB connection and plug-and-play functionality should work seamlessly with Windows 11.

At the moment, our supplier cannot provide the Kiyo Pro Ultra. We'll add it if they offer it in the future, but we don't have a specific date.
If I remember correctly, I had 1.01 on it, but the update to 1.03 went absolutely smoothly.
I don't know about official support, but I use the cable from https://www.conrad.ch/de/p/renkforce-usb-kabel-usb-3-2-gen1-usb-3-0-usb-3-1-gen1-usb-a-stecker-usb-c-stecker-3-00-m-schwarz-rf-4535908-2267954.html and that works for me. Maybe it has something to do with the "supports power supply up to 3A"... The description there also claims that it is twice as fast as USB 3.0 ... but it is USB 3.1 (Gen 1), which is synonymous with USB 3.0. So you can't really rely on the description.
Unfortunately, I haven't found anything yet, Razer is a Windows brand. It's a shame, because the camera has really excellent picture quality. I use the "Webcam Settings" app https://apps.apple.com/us/app/webcam-settings/id533696630?mt=12 , which allows you to set the most important things: Create profiles, set focus manually, fix (partly necessary because otherwise the cam constantly tries to focus when you move), brightness, contrast, saturation, sharpness, white balance and even zoom and shift the image if you haven't positioned it directly in the middle like I have.
Haven't observed any problem with Razer Kiyo Pro so far. The image quality and mic are just great. If the problem persists maybe it's worth contacting the warranty.
You will hardly find a reseller who takes care of the firmware level. That is the responsibility of the manufacturer or customer. I wrote to Razer support at the time and received a link to the FW updater very quickly. And if you had invested 30 seconds in a Google search, you would probably have reached your goal more quickly...
