PiNoIR Camera Module CSI-2 with 3280 x 2464 Pixel Resolution
The Raspberry Pi NoIR Board V2 camera module is single-channel, 8 megapixels, and supports the CSI-2 bus interface. It has a maximum frame rate of 30 fps. This high-resolution NoIR camera board can be connected to any Raspberry Pi or compute module, allowing you to create HD videos and photos. The Pi NoIR (No Infrared) is the same as the standard camera module but without an IR filter, making it ideal for photography and videography in low light conditions. It uses the Sony IMX219PQ image sensor, which provides high-speed video images and high sensitivity. Additionally, it offers reduced image artifacts such as noise and blurring. To connect the NoIR camera module to the Pi, a 15 cm flat ribbon cable is connected to the module slots directly to the serial interface port (CSI) of the Pi camera. Once connected, you can access the camera board via the Multi-Media Abstraction Layer (MMAL) or the Video for Linux (V4L) APIs.
