is suitable with a bandwidth of 32.4 Gbps for resolutions up to 8K / UltraHD-2 / 4320p with 60Hz. It supports HDCP up to version 2.2 and is also equipped with the usual DisplayPort locking system as well as support for the MST (Multi Stream Transport) function, which allows multiple monitors to be operated simultaneously on only one DisplayPort connection. The cable also supports the so-called Display Stream Compression (DSC 1.2), which automatically compresses signals with too much bandwidth so that they can be transmitted. Also a forward error correction, full HDR and Rec.2020 color space support as well as up to 32 audio channels are supported from DisplayPort version 1.4.

Triple shielding and the use of high-purity, rigid copper inner conductors mean that Sonero DisplayPort cables are highly protected against interference, including interference from mobile phones and radio sources. The precision-fit connectors with ABS plastic housings have gold-plated contacts and guarantee an optimal connection with maximum transmission quality as well as durable corrosion protection. With an outer diameter of only 6.3 or 7.3 mm and an outer jacket made of flexible PVC, it can also be used in confined environments. The cable is also fire-retardant according to VW-1 specification and therefore also suitable for critical areas.
