The new robust and waterproof design may not look quite as elegant as a metal finish, but it doesn't give scratches and fingerprints a chance...

The Soundcore Boom 2 is a competent Bluetooth speaker at a more than fair price. It does make a few compromises compared to more expensive models: its sound is a little artificial, it doesn't get too loud and the choice of materials is quite cheap. However, the sound performance is perfectly adequate for relaxed listening to music, even in the morning shower.
