The MDP2DPMM2M Mini-DisplayPort-to-DisplayPort Adapter Cable has a Mini-DP connector at one end and a DP connector at the other end. So you can connect any Mini DisplayPort-enabled laptop (including the
Mac family) to an HDTV, monitor or projector with a standard DisplayPort connector. The mDP-to-DP cable supports high resolutions of up to 4K x 2K at 60 Hz with a maximum HBR2 bandwidth of 21.6 Gbps. This cable also supports Multi Stream (MST) for series connection of multiple monitors and offers optional audio support.
