PVC jacket, length imprinted on both ends. The slim patch cables from Wirewin are a solution for cabling problems of various kinds. Although optically quite similar to a ribbon cable, the slim patch cables achieve category 6 values and are thus suitable for 10BASE-T, 100BASE-TX and 1000BASE-T/TX applications, i.e. also Gigabit Ethernet. At the same time, a whole three slim patch cables have only the diameter of a single commercially available Cat5e patch cable. Despite the extremely thin construction, the cable has a twisting of the individual wire pairs. It also has a wide, flexible jack protection as well as a practical length imprint at both ends and supports Power over Ethernet (PoE).
