Are there any major differences compared to the predecessor, or is it worth upgrading from the WH-1000XM3 to the XM4? Many thanks in advance

I had the Wh-1000XM3 before, the XM4 have noticeably better noise cancelling and another cool feature is that they automatically pause a video / music when you put the headphones down. Overall, however, the differences are limited, in my opinion.
