I bought the IPhone 15 Pro black 512GB on PreSale Day (15thSep) because I trust Galaxus and I’m a loyal customer. They gave me the illusion that they will deliver on 22ndSep, as on Apple Store. The day after they started to inform about the delay. This is unfair. I could buy directly from Apple. I understand it’s about reseller/stock etc but come on. Than don’t give any date for delivery. This mislead many people here, I can read many comments like mine. digitech/Galaxus I would never expect from you such a behaviour. Never again I would order presale items from you

I ordered my iphone on the 15th at the presale. My delivery date was then delayed twice. The new delivery date was then only on 19.10.23. But suddenly I received the message that my new iPhone was on its way and lo and behold: on 22 september I held it in my hands. Thank you Galaxus

I must say I am also disappointed, my device has been in transit to the store for 3 days. Even the support team can't tell me where the device is exactly. What do you actually pre-order for if you receive the device later than other people who have only just ordered?

the pro and pro max models have delays every fckn year, doesnt matter which reseller if galaxus, mediamarkt or anything else it always has delays...but the problem is on side of apple and not the resellers cuz they promise wrong days, have been like that for the past 5 years or more..probally to drive customers to rather buy directly from apple so they get more of the bag :)
