Question about FE 70-200mm f/2.8 GM OSS II - 557437

I'm asking the question about the product now, but here's what I've noticed more than once: The day before yesterday, the price was at 2393.- for not even a day before it shot up massively again. Does anyone have an explanation for this? I didn't read anything about a "special offer" or similar at the time, so I think it was the regular price. I thought the price difference was considerable, but maybe there is a good explanation? Greetings and thanks
