I can imagine that this is the Swiss version (with the country code #UUZ). The country code is decisive for the keyboard layout or the power supply plug on notebooks, for example. In the case of the docking station, however, you can take the cheaper / better available version without any problems, because Digitec usually includes an additional Swiss cable if necessary.

I can't get them to work, can I replace them?
