If you google the manufacturer numbers, you will come to the respective pages of AVM:

This one:
ch.avm.de/produkte/fritzwlan/fritzrepeater-6000/technische-d...
AVM WLAN Mesh Repeater FRITZ!Repeater 6000 International (2400 Mbit/s, 1200 Mbit/s)

vs.

the Swiss counterpart:
[ch.avm.de/produkte/fritzwlan/fritzrepeater-6000/technische-d...
AVM FRITZ!Repeater 6000 (2400 Mbit/s, 1200 Mbit/s)

The descriptions are absolutely identical. I think it's just the 68.-- surcharge for the Swiss market. But I'm happy to be proven wrong. The question is why Digitec still carries both models if they can offer a lower price with the international model.

With the designation "International", the device should actually also work on standards of boxes operated abroad. In my experience, certain cheaper or older repeaters paralyse the entire Wifi network and even render the LAN access of a box unusable (e.g. SFR, Orange France)! If the device is operated or sold abroad, it is advisable to read the technical data carefully to avoid inconveniences or incompatibilities.

To be precise, I would have to guess, because I don't have an answer to this question. I use the device to extend the existing WiFi and have not experienced any problems so far.
