The heating time depends on the size of the bottle or the contents. If the milk was in the fridge, it takes about 1-2 minutes longer. With 90ml, this means approx. 5min instead of 3. I would only recommend glass bottles for heating, although it also works with plastic, but the duration and heat distribution is different.

Yes, the ideal temperature is already around 37° - so that you don't feel anything when you put a few drops on the inside of your wrist. Milk or solid food? Do you use glass bottles or plastic bottles? Avent offers both, which makes a big difference. The water level also plays an important role. As the amount of food increased, we experimented with setting the regulator to a slightly higher level to make sure the food was really warm. In the meantime, however, I think that the water level is decisive. It's best to read again exactly what Philips recommends - or just try it out. I make sure that the water reaches at least the fill level of the bottle.
