To prevent this, we have now implemented an additional function whereby the power-saving mode can be overridden. This means that the scale is guaranteed not to switch off while you are dosing resin or hardener and perhaps take a break that is a little too long. To activate this function, simply press and hold the tare button for 3 seconds, the display will show "ON", then the power saving mode is deactivated and the scale will no longer switch off automatically.
