Not clear what that thing does exactly! Looking at it seems that 1 light can be controlled with different ambiances, turning the dial to dim up and down. Other comments indicate that each button controls a different light....? Sad is that the description of the product does not give any clue as what it can do.
Yes, each button can be programmed to control a light individually, including colour cycling. The knob can be used to switch all the lights on or off.
