The Bologna series features a highly durable five-layer non-stick coating designed for intensive use. The pans are equipped with a patented Thermopoint that indicates different temperature states of the cookware through a color change, enabling energy-efficient cooking. They have an ergonomic and heat-insulated handle for comfortable handling. The base has a thickness of 3.5 mm and is suitable for all types of cooktops, including induction.
