Stainless steel whisk for light sponge cake and fluffy egg whites. Aluminium die-cast dough hook for heavy doughs, such as yeast or bread dough. Aluminium die-cast stirring hook also enables the uniform mixing of sizeable quantities of dough. Special robust gear mechanism. 35° swivelling multifunction arm. Unlocking mechanism for multifunction arm. Safety circuit. Transparent splash protection lid with refill opening (removable). Particularly easy to operate and clean.
