For sweet or savoury creations, you can easily choose from a large selection of high-quality baking tins: from the collar tin to the king cake tin to the tart tin. And if it's just a small surprise, simply take the mini versions for half the recipe quantities at hand. The high standard of quality and workmanship ensures optimum heat distribution. In addition, all springform pans are leak-proof and extremely convenient to open and close. And thanks to the good non-stick coating, the cake can be easily removed from the mould. With a springform pan, the side wall can be loosened with the aid of a clamping lever: The ring opens and you can take out the bottom of the mould and clamp it again. With a flat base, cakes and cake bases succeed in the springform pan. The floor with a central chimney replaces a ring shape for stir cake and ball cake. In contrast to other baking tins, the finished cake is not thrown out of the springform pan. Instead, loosen the tension lever - the cake loosens all by itself thanks to the non-stick coating - and lift the ring upwards away. Since the lower carrier plate is somewhat larger than the ring, springback moulds are absolutely leak-proof. They are available in different sizes and shapes, for example round, angular or heart shaped.
