This salt mill from Le Creuset features a classic shape and a vibrant gradient color. The body of the mill is made of plastic and can be easily hand-washed if needed. The grinding mechanism is made of hardened ceramic, which does not corrode and ensures consistently good performance over time. Unscrew the metal knob and remove the top to fill the mill with dry coarse salt. For finely ground salt, turn the metal knob clockwise, and counterclockwise for coarsely ground salt.
