This cast-iron Tatin baking mould has a slightly curved inner base, a rounded edge and an extra-smooth, cut-resistant enamel inside. The large handles allow the cake to fall easily.
Apart from preparing the classic Tarte Tatin, the mould can also be used as a pan.
