Clean the cooking stone only with water and a metal scraper. It just never looks like new again, but that's not a bad thing as long as the stone doesn't have any food residue. Clean other areas very rarely with hot rags and a little grease-dissolving cleaner. Then clean with water so that there are no harmful cleaning agent residues.

No the brick is fixed. A tray is not included. However, 2 pizza lifters to transport the pizza in/out of the oven.
No, that is not possible. There are only 2 scoops still included. But the pizza will be fantastic. There are good youtube tutorials about it.

Hello pizza bakers; No, this oven is not suitable for a 32 cm diameter wafer dish. Ideally for a pizza or similar approx. 24 cm, which is perfect for this.
