grüezi everyone. I was surprised myself that this Kenwood does not have a Swiss plug and only realised when I unpacked it. This Youtube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vC0GfdAVxVI) shows the adapter. Yes, it's bigger because of the round Euro plug, so there's no room for a triple socket next to it. Greetings A

There is no smaller bowl officially offered by Kenwood for the Kenwood Chef XL (KVL4100S) than the 6.7 litre bowl supplied as standard. The bowl supplied is specially designed and optimised for the appliance to achieve the best possible results. However, if you have specific needs that require a smaller bowl, you could look for compatible third-party options, but these would not be officially supported by Kenwood and could compromise the performance and safety of the appliance.

Hello Doris With the Kitchenaid Titanium Chef you can prepare all kinds of dishes, doughs, etc. Kitchenaid has a very good service and usually always has additional parts and, above all, accessories for the appliances, as many of the food processors are also compatible with each other. Scratches and dents do not normally indicate that the appliance has been dropped. We often state this because it has already been removed from the packaging.

I see them on the Internet for 730 francs. Otherwise I can only say that everyone, but everyone, has jumped on the wagon. Higher prices = more profit! You just have to think about whether you really need it every day or if it's just going to sit around most of the time.

Unfortunately I don't have information about the packaging materials, I guess cardboard and recycled plastic. The item seems to come with a Swiss plug, according to the information I have. However, if it were to be delivered with a European plug, a mini adapter would be sent for free. You clip it on the plug and it's done, it doesn't change anything to its use or its aspect (only slightly longer plug).

I quote from my evaluation: "To clarify, the base unit is the same whether the package is called KVL 8300S or KVL 8320S. The difference lies in the range of accessories. And precisely that CH plug". The appliance WITHOUT the blender jar has a CH power plug, the one WITH the blender jar has an EU plug. An adapter is then attached to it. This makes the plug a bit clunkier. The price difference has more to do with the daily prices. The CH unit 8300S can also be more expensive than the EU unit 8320S. The CH plug is simply an expensive luxury that you can afford or not. Then you have to buy the blender attachment separately.
