The Rommelsbacher JG 80 yogurt and fresh cheese maker allows for some flexibility in its settings, but there are specific limitations: - The device comes with 4 preset programs with different temperatures: natural yogurt (42°C), vegan/lactose-free yogurt (38°C), fresh cheese (30°C), and herbal extracts (55°C). - You can individually adjust the program duration, which is useful for various fermentation times. However, the maximum duration is not explicitly stated as 36 hours, but it does have a 24-hour timer with the option to extend the time manually if needed. While you can adjust the duration to some extent, it is not clear if the device can run continuously for 36 hours without interruption. It is recommended to consult the user manual or contact the manufacturer's customer service for specific guidance on extended fermentation times.

Also works directly with the small glasses.
I don't know how that would work. I only make yoghurt and that works fine.
yes, it does :)
Good evening, two large pots are supplied with the yoghurt maker.

There are 4 porcelain mugs with lids, 2 large glass containers with lids and 1 drainer with lid. The large glass containers are enough to make 1L of milk into yoghurt or cream cheese.
Hello, I live in Germany; the cable is pre-assembled for the socket. It might be different in Switzerland.
Four small porcelain jars, 2 large jars and a cream cheese strainer are included. (All with a lid) Exactly as shown in the product pictures.
Brilliant! Thank you very much for your enquiry. I'll check with the team in charge right away to see if we can add this brilliant Mutli MRK 500 Risa rice cooker to our range so that we can deliver it to your home right away! I'll hurry up! :-)
Yes, it comes with a Swiss plug adapter that can be plugged into the German plug.
Yes 4 small glasses and 2 big ones (see 2nd picture;-)
No, it is made for 4 small pots or 1 large one
I haven't found a recipe book yet, except for the few recipes that are in the instructions. I used 5 dl (half) cream, 150 g Greek yoghurt and 2 dl milk for mascarpone. I find the result super. It is not as sweet as the bought mascarpone. Quark should also be possible, e.g. with 1 l milk and 50 ml buttermilk.
The jars are 12cm high, diameter at the top also 12cm at the base about 13.5 cm. The contents fit 1 litre of milk + 1 yoghurt etc. I also believe that you can put in anything that fits (although you may have to adjust the processing time according to your experience).
The unit is plugged into the wall socket. Since the voltage in Canada (as in the USA) is 110V, this makes the appliance incompatible for use in Canada. (Alternative: use My.Yo powerless yoghurt maker) My Yo powerless yoghurt maker
Complain to the customer service and have it delivered to you. I picked up the device at the Dietikon branch and the adapter was handed to me separately, so it was not in the box.
Hi, do you mean these?: Rommelsbacher 20.JB 4 replacement glasses If you have such questions, you can also write directly to the customer support. They will then check whether they can include the desired product or not.
We have had this appliance for 4 months and we make superfine yoghurt with it every second day. We are very satisfied and can only recommend the appliance.

Automatically generated from the .This works without any problems. Fresh milk from the farmer but first boil it and then make yoghurt. Fresh milk also works, but the yoghurt spoils earlier.
