Unold Backmeister Edel
Germany.
The baking dish is made of coated steel. The manual says that it is a "Whitford ceramic coating". So far, nothing has stuck to it.
The dough hook is included. However, it is not black but has the same light brown coating as the baking tin (as shown in the product pictures).
Bread mixtures of 500 g are usually used to bake breads weighing approx. 1 kg (the weight refers to the "end result"). About 400 ml of water is also added. The 1 kg bread recipes in the manual also usually assume 500 g flour and around 300-400 ml water. There is no programme for 500 g breads in this machine. However, the only differences between 750g and 1000g are the different kneading and baking times. You can therefore also bake 500 g breads by selecting the 750 g profile and, if necessary, setting the baking level to "light".
