Westmark fat separator jug. It easily separates fat from gravy or sauces. With scale for measuring up to 1000 ml. Heat resistant up to 125°C.
Tip: Let the hot sauce or gravy cool down a little first - then pour it into the jug. Leave to stand for a short time, then the fat floats to the top and you can pour off the gravy or sauce.
