Question about Winbot W1 Pro - 626939

we have just put the winbot into operation for the first time and also have this problem!
it moves upwards and then back and forth at a slight angle!

Our Winbot does its job perfectly. It always cleans all the windows, unless they are very narrow.
It doesn't work reliably when it's damp and cold outside. I have observed similar problems. It's probably best to consult the company support.
