The Basil Portland front wheel carrier made of vintage-style aluminium has a high rim. It is attached to the fork crown by means of axle struts (for Ø12/13mm axle).
The installation of lighting is still possible. A fastening strap is supplied for safe transport on the carrier. Fits 26"+28" bikes.
