Do the fitness test right after your workout and measure your pulse. Press the recovery button and grip the pulse sensors with your hands. You will receive a fitness score (1-6) which is shown on the display. The training computer uses the score to express your physical recovery ability. You can improve and motivate yourself with every workout.
