The Sidi technology used in mountain biking is transferred to the gravel discipline with its most technical aspects in a high-performance, stiff shoe with a closure designed for high demands. The Tecno-3 system ensures an optimal fit over the entire length of the shoe and adapts the upper material to the shape of the foot - for a customised fit. Sidi's famously reliable and interchangeable closures are enhanced by an all-new, patented Sidi Wire material that is completely unconnected for intuitive and effortless adjustments on the fly. The integrated heel cup is reinforced with a new design and low weight to prevent deformation after prolonged effort and pressure. Anatomically shaped, it stabilises the foot when pedalling. The reflective inserts on the heel offer the athlete greater safety on the road and help to signal the cyclist's presence in poor visibility conditions. The upper part of the toe section is rubberised to repel impacts from stones or debris when cycling. It is made of non-slip rubber. The new Sidi MTB sole made of nylon with PU inserts (polyurethane) is lighter and more efficient. The shape of the sole profile has been specially developed for mountain bikes, providing good grip, facilitating the evacuation of mud and offering the right stability. The central insert with the Sidi logo has an anti-slip effect and is particularly practical and useful for less experienced users. The toe area, which is subject to greater stress, especially when walking, can be replaced with screws and still offers the option of fitting crampons to improve traction on particularly muddy surfaces.
