The Tacx Flux Smart T2980 exercise bike has a compact and maintenance-free direct drive that is even more realistic and interactive. Thanks to the fast reacting Smart electronics and the flywheel of 7.6kg
even the smallest differences are noticeable directly in the legs. Of all Tacx trainers, the Flux has the heaviest actual flywheel with an inertia of 32kg. The stronger the flywheel effect, the more realistic the riding experience. The Flux 2 Smart communicates via ANT+ and Bluetooth Smart to connect wirelessly to smartphones and tablets. The ANT+ FE-C protocol allows training with both Tacx apps and third-party apps such as Zwift and TrainerRoad, i.e. without connecting the Flux exercise bike to another device. Training in standalone mode is also possible. If the flux is not connected, the simulation of a flat road simply takes place.
