Alfa Forni 5 Minuti Pizza Oven

In 90 seconds, 2 pizzas and 2 kg of bread can be baked per baking process. The pizza oven is a real eye-catcher and can be mounted on a trolley (optionally available). The baking surface is made of replaceable firebricks and the dome is made of stainless steel. The stainless steel dome allows high temperatures with little wood consumption. The insulation made of ceramic fibres ensures long heat retention in the baking chamber. The stainless steel door is equipped with an ergonomic wooden handle that allows safe opening and closing without burning yourself. The combustion air supply is regulated via the door. Pyrometer for direct control of the temperature in the cooking chamber. Easy cleaning thanks to the stainless steel front. Additional storage space thanks to the wood compartment.
