The Capuchadou is considered the ancestor of today's Laguiole knife. The knife manufacturer Fontenille Pataud has remembered the past and offers a selection of classic French pocket knives in the CAPUCHADOU
1er LAGUIOLE series. The curved knife shape, shepherd's cross, an ornate back spring as well as the typical bee also characterise this series. Neatly finished and fitted olive wood handle scales form a decorative, visual accent. Blade and bolsters are matted and made of 12C27 stainless Swedish steel.
