Product details

This knife belongs to the tradition line. The blades are made of stainless steel and the handles of natural coloured lacquered beech wood. Our stainless steel is a Swedish steel, 12C27 modified (Sandvik). Due to the addition of chrome, it has a high corrosion resistance and does not require any special care. Thanks to a carbon content of at least 40%, it offers excellent cutting quality.
