Product details
Ficus Benjamina Danielle, also known as the weeping fig, is one of the most popular types of Ficus. The plant features beautiful dark green, smooth leaves on its branches that gently droop. It has a profusion of leaves, giving it a striking appearance. However, it is somewhat more compact than other Ficus Benjamina varieties. The plant is not only very attractive but also excellent at purifying the air. It converts CO2 into oxygen, filters pollutants from the air, and improves humidity levels. Additionally, it is a hardy plant that requires minimal care. The Ficus originally comes from Africa but can also be found in South America, Australia, and Asia.
Care
The Ficus prefers a bright location but should be kept out of direct sunlight, especially in the summer. It also thrives at temperatures of at least 15 degrees Celsius. It is advisable to wipe the leaves occasionally to promote growth, as they can accumulate a lot of dust. Ficus Benjamina Danielle needs to be watered about once or twice a week. Allow the soil to dry out well between waterings, and in winter, the plant requires less water. From March to September, the Ficus needs regular plant food. In a spacious pot, the Ficus can eventually grow up to 2 meters tall. However, be cautious, as the Ficus is toxic to children and pets.
