With its beautiful large leaves and finely braided stems, the Pachira is a special plant. It grows with a relatively thin and flexible trunk that can be braided. In East Asia, according to Feng Shui teachings, the Pachira is considered an element that brings prosperity and happiness into the home. The five leaves on each branch symbolize the five fundamental elements of Feng Shui: metal, wood, water, fire, and earth. Additionally, the Pachira is a plant with many nicknames. The most common name is "money tree," as it is believed in the Far East that the leaves can catch money. This makes the plant an ideal gift for a birthday, housewarming, or wedding. The Pachira is a true tropical plant, native to the swamps in eastern Brazil, Panama, and Costa Rica. Here, the plant can grow up to 20 meters tall.

Care
The Pachira is ideal for people who sometimes forget their plants, as it does not require much attention. The braided trunk gives the Pachira a particularly unique appearance. The Pachira prefers a bright spot, but not too close to the window. It stores water in its trunk, so the soil should be dry before it is watered again. In winter, the plant should be watered regularly to prevent leaf loss and encourage the production of new leaves. Old leaves can be trimmed away. In summer, the plant needs to be watered about twice a week.

The plants are delivered with a height of 60-70 cm, measured including the growing pot. The plants come in a growing pot with a diameter of 17 cm.
