Hot wire cutting device for free cutting in thick polystyrene plates for diorama model railway construction, architectural model making, prototype construction, as well as designers and decorators. For
fine work on building insulation and classic model making. Stable bracket with swivelling fastening element at the top and extendable lower wire fastening. Maximum total projection 200 mm. Maximum height passage 150 mm. Cutting wire temperature infinitely variable: Depending on material density and thickness, an optimum cutting pattern can be achieved with a little practice. Usually at medium temperature and moderate pressure. Heat-up time 1 second. Complete with 5 deformable cutting wires 285 x 0.85 mm.
