I had the same problem and I sent them back 3 times. The 4th one is from a different series and has now been working for over 1 year without any problems.
A better WLAN connection can bring some improvement. But it will never be perfect. Depending on the connection, you also have the delay with FaceTime or Teams.
This product is supplied without a ringer
Good evening, indeed the so-called noise suppression kit should only be found at Netatmo as they write. When I had problems installing the doorbell with my ringtone, I chose to remove the original ringtone, buy a HomePod mini from Apple, connect the doorbell to the power supply only (with its transformer) and connect the doorbell with HomePod to hear the ringtone. Netatmo usually takes a few days to respond, but they usually answer. Tip? Disconnect the ringer completely and connect a speaker ( I bought HomePod.....
I mean, you can find some of these in a precision mechanic's bit range.
Install the Ring App on your mobile phone and pair it with the doorbell.
The Netatmo doorbell could not be made to work even by an experienced electrician. It simply does not work. In contrast, the ring doorbell was quite easy to install and works flawlessly.
Hoi - rather no - Netatmo is a self-contained (but quite ok) ecosystem as far as that is concerned. Greetings
Hoi - You mean together with the Netatmo doorbell thingy? The Netatmo doorbell is like any other or currently existing doorbell (or the button) and integrates into the existing structure - as a rule. And otherwise, since 220V may involve the electrician (Safe-T and so on)... Hope that helps LG
Not via the Netatmo Security app. In my case, it is enough to take the bell chime bars out of the holder so that the chime hammer hits nothing. It depends on the type of bell.
Thank you very much for pointing this out. We will gladly forward this internally to the responsible department.
Mine is also at door trap height. Adults on it, including the head, are not an issue
Yes, it does. The only question is whether you always have your smartphone ready when someone rings the doorbell.
No, the doorbell requires the app on iOS or Android, for the setup as well as to watch the videos.
I would certainly discuss this with your neighbour. If necessary, you can set the alert zones so that your neighbour's side does not trigger a recording when there is movement. But if there is movement on your side, his side will also be recorded.
Alert zones can be created in the form of adjustable squares. Depending on the type of zone, it's a bit of puzzle work, but it works. I am very satisfied with the doorbell 😎😎
Yes, doorbell button is replaced by Netatmo doorbell. Important Power supply must have sufficient power. Chime remains in place.
Good day, indeed this is possible, the second user must be entered in the app by the main user. Then both phones ring and the faster one is put through to the bell. The second user then receives a notification that the 'call' has been answered by another user.
