Only works with certain sprouts
With large sprouts it works very well.
But with small / sticky sprouts it did not work, there the "slime" no longer ran off and the sprouts were constantly wetPro

I have now tried it first with alfalfa seeds. 1 tablespoon gives 1 large hand of sprouts.
Soak 2-3 hours in water, then rinsed 2 days in the dark (closet) and 2 days in the light (kitchen counter is enough) according to instructions 2x daily.
Very tasty nutritious sprouts on bread, stew, soup.

I have tried about 5 times (following the instructions) to grow cress sprouts. But without success.
The very close-meshed grid/screen means that the water does not drain off sufficiently, causing the sprouts/sprouts to clump together and rot.top
