Baking pizza is all about the right temperature, which is why you can separately control the top and bottom heat in the chamber from 50 to 350 °C using the control knobs. This ensures a thin and crispy crust on the cordierite baking plate and juicy toppings on which the mozzarella gently melts. The baking chamber quickly reaches and safely maintains the desired temperature thanks to a heating element with a total of 3,000 W for top and bottom heat. Set the desired baking time to the minute with the help of a timer. The cordierite floor ensures optimal heat distribution on the pizza dough and guarantees the unmistakable flavour of a stone oven pizza. The free-standing professional pizza oven is powered by a 230 V power supply. Four rubber feet give the oven the necessary stability without damaging the surface below.
