With the pellet press from Wiesenfield, you can produce up to 1100 kg of feed sticks per hour. Or you can process wood shavings, up to 450 kg/h.Just right for recipe tinkerers - the feed press from WiesenfieldWhat should go into your fertiliser sticks, what into the granulated feed? Decide for yourself which vitamins and minerals you want to add to maize, oats or hay. Or you can make pellets from sawdust and fire your stove in an environmentally friendly way. How does it work? You heat the pellet press to 60 to 80 °C using vacuum heat treatment. This ensures that the surfaces are neither damaged nor deformed during heating. Now you fill in the mass that you want to press. A solid roller then presses the contents through a mould with a diameter of 400 mm. The result: firmly pressed, durable pellets with a diameter of 6 mm. If you want to produce pellets with a different diameter, you will need different dies, and you can use the practical ejection chute to fill the finished pellets directly into bags.The control cabinet is clearly laid out and intuitive to operate. An emergency stop switch ensures safety. The pellet machine operates with a 30000 W electric motor and is powered by 400 V heavy-duty current.
