Thanks to a continuous operating time of 24 hours, you can produce even large quantities of pellets without any problems. The control panel is clearly laid out and intuitive. Whether wood pellets or granulated feed, with the pellet machine you can press different materials into practical sticks. How does it work? You heat the pellet press to 60 to 80 °C. Two solid rollers then press the raw material through a mould with a diameter of 150 mm. The result: firmly pressed, durable pellets with a diameter of 6 mm. If you want to produce pellets with a different diameter, you will need different moulds. Use the practical ejection chute to fill the finished pellets directly into bags: You can use the built-in dies and rollers for pellet presses for up to 300 hours.
