They disturb the sensitive bacterial balance in the oral cavity, thus promoting dental plaque and can disturb the sense of taste. For hygienic and practical reasons, such as too long bristles and gagging, toothbrushes are not recommended for removing tongue plaque. The miradent tongue cleaner with the finger-shaped handle is particularly effective due to its extremely short bristle field. The round handle and bristle field together lift the coatings and gently remove them. At the same time, the round handle minimises gagging.

Tong-Clin gel, which thoroughly removes tongue coatings, is recommended to ideally support tongue cleaning. In addition, the sensitive mucous membrane of the tongue is cared for and smoothed by carefully selected ingredients such as camomile, sage and calendula. The alcohol-free gel provides a pleasant and long-lasting feeling of freshness in the mouth thanks to ingredients such as menthol.

Note: Always clean the tongue from back to front. Frequent "back and forth" scrubbing can lead to injuries.
