The belt should be even shorter adjustable !
For people who have little belly, the belt is definitely too big. Otherwise, everything perfect.Does what it should
In my home office, I don't have an expensive Swopper or a standing table. My back feels that in the long run. I probably won't get a six-pack from it. But the loosening and light tension certainly helps.
The belt supposedly works for abdominal circumferences of 75 to 130 cm. I'm currently pretty much in the middle and can tighten the belt a bit more, but I don't see how less than 90 cm is possible.Pro
