Ovens are in every kitchen ? but not every oven works optimally. Does the oven provide enough heat? Does it distribute it evenly in the oven so that nothing burns? How do cakes turn out and how good is the grill? What about the equipment? We tested 13 ovens ? the differences were considerable. The baking scores ranged from very good to sufficient, the prices from 240 to 1,000 euros. Our conclusion: only a few ovens work well at the touch of a button.
