All eleven models in Stiftung Warentest's robotic lawnmower test fulfilled their main task well. These include devices from Husqvarna, Bosch and Gardena. However, none of the robotic lawnmowers is sufficiently equipped to deal with playing children. Because of safety deficiencies, two robotic lawnmowers were only given the grade "poor". But it is not the cheap devices that fail in terms of safety (prices: 330 to 1110 euros). None of the robotic lawnmowers in the test received more than a Satisfactory.
