Stiftung Warentest tested 18 IP cameras from 9 suppliers. The purchase prices range from 45 to almost 300 euros. Subscription costs for cloud services are often added. All of them can connect to the internet wirelessly via WLan, some also via Lan cable. In this way, they can transmit alarms and live images to a mobile phone.
