Fondue sets in the test - To bite into

The test of fondue sets shows which device succeeds with crispy fried meat or melting cheese and chocolate fondue. Not all sets deliver what they promise. A fondue promises conviviality - not only at Christmas or New Year's Eve. We tested ten fondue sets, six of them with electric hot plates and four with classic burners. Overall, the scores were pleasingly good. However, some sets also showed clear weaknesses, such as taking a long time to heat up or getting so hot on the controls that they burned your fingers. Nevertheless, good sets are available from 50 euros. So the comparison is worthwhile.
