Many tumble dryers in our tests perform well during drying and get a good overall rating. But time and again we come across models that do not pass important tests satisfactorily. Some dryers take much longer than the competition, others don't dry with pinpoint accuracy when cupboard-dry or iron-dry, or don't display the remaining time reliably.
