Children's headphones tested
They are brightly coloured, designed to be fun and advertise a volume limit: headphones for children. Stiftung Warentest tested twelve headphones, which are often designed for children aged 3 or 4 years and above and are mainly used at nursery and primary school age. Most of them cost well under 50 euros. Good children's headphones are rare, and many showed weaknesses when tested - especially in the most important test points of hearing protection, harmful substances and sound. However, there are also devices that are worth recommending: the test winner sounds good and sits securely on the head even when moving around a lot. Our price tip at least achieves a good "satisfactory" overall. In return, it offers impeccable hearing protection and is robust.
