17 Smartwatches and fitness trackers
Smartwatches and fitness wristbands are now real all-rounders: they serve as heart rate monitors and altimeters, count steps, calculate distance travelled and calories burned and analyse sleep patterns. Some can also be used to play music, make phone calls or send and receive messages. If you want, you can even find fitness watches that measure your blood pressure, while others create ECGs or enable contactless payment. In May 2024, we added 17 new smartwatches and fitness trackers to our test database - including Suunto Race, Withings Scanwatch Light and Xiaomi Watch 2 Pro. Some good models cost less than 150 euros, while some for significantly less just miss out on a good rating, but are still worth a look.
